Hi there! Welcome to my site. I’m Daniel Sánchez, an economist and data specialist currently working as an Economic Analyst at the Government of Alberta’s Office of Statistics and Information. I earned my M.A. in Economics from Simon Fraser University.
Here you’ll find my data portfolio with selected work across government, private industry, and the nonprofit sector. My experience includes causal inference, financial markets, labour economics and input-output modelling. I work mainly in R, with strong experience in Julia, Python, SQL, etc.
